The Butchery is managed by Hans who offers a very personal service and will select cuts of meat to your exact requirements. The shop prides itself in specialising predominately in local meats. All beef is hung for a minimum of three weeks to improve the tenderness and flavour. Our Pork and Lamb is produced on selected farms across the South Downs and local area. All our meats are fully traceable back to the farm; this ensures a consistent high quality product.
We make our own sausages and burgers, including gluten free varieties, using carefully selected cuts of meat. BBQ cuts are available throughout the summer months.
